
Party Decoration facts:
1. What type of an event can balloons be used for?
Baby Showers, Sweet 16, Weddings, Anniversary, Birthdays, Bar Mitzvah, Ect.
2. How much would it cost me to have balloon decorations?
Prices will vary because every job is unique and therefore we require some basic information on your event. Please keep in mind that we customize our designs to fit your needs.
Prices can range from $25.00 up to $1,000.00.
3. What are your delivery & set-up fees?
Our delivery fee is $1.00 per minute round trip (plus tolls) as per map quest directions
Example: If map quest state's 30mins. that means $30.00 plus tolls
Set-up fees: 10% of your order total
Example: If your order total is $500.00 = $50.00 set up fee.
4. Do you require a deposit on equipment?
Yes! Many of our designs require framework, bases and poles. These items require a deposit to ensure that all of our framing materials are returned to us in good condition. All deposits are refunded back to you once we receive our equipment. The return of our equipment is the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange to have staff pick up equipment or framing materials. There is a flat fee of $75.00 for this service.
5. Can your balloons match the colors of our event?
We have over 60 different balloon colors to meet every decoration need!
6. What is the average float time of a balloon?
Float times is based on the size of the balloon and it's environmental conditions.
Float times are as follows:
11" 18 hours
16" 40 hours
36" 3 days
We recommend you contact us at least 1 - 2 months prior to your event, 6 months for larger more elaborate events. During the holidays, and wedding seasons our calendar books quickly.
